Mybet Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Section 1: General Terms & Conditions

Mybet (bundes mybet-jit.com) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between mybet and its users.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international law. By using mybet's services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and choice.
• Online betting is legally permitted in the country where you reside.
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Mybet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via a notice on the platform.

Section 2: Account Registration & Verification

To register with mybet, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• One Person, One Account: Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Age Verification: After registration, mybet may request identity and age verification documents at any time (NID, passport, or driving licence). Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Password Security: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. mybet is not responsible for any unauthorised access to your account.
• Contact Information: Keep your email address and phone number up to date at all times. Important notices will be sent through these channels.

Section 3: Deposit & Payment Methods

Mybet currently accepts the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 200 (Two hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳ 50,000 per transaction. Daily limit: ৳ 1,00,000.
• Deposit process: Successful deposits are usually instant. If there's a delay due to network issues, please contact support.
• Third Parties Prohibited: Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your name are not accepted.
• Money Laundering: mybet complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated.

Section 4: Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing any winnings:

• Verification Required: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 500 (Five hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours.
• Same method: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus Balance: To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawal Rejection: If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms, mybet reserves the right to reject the withdrawal.

Section 5: Betting Terms

Before placing a bet on mybet, it is important to understand the following:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless mybet decides to void it due to a technical error.
• Odds Change: The odds at the time the bet is placed will apply. Odds change rapidly in live betting.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is fully cancelled, the stake will be refunded. Partially completed matches will be settled according to the type of play.
• Maximum Win: There may be limits on the maximum amount that can be won from a single bet or from one account within a given period.
• Technical Issues: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, mybet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match Fixing: If match-fixing is suspected, all bets on that match will be suspended pending investigation.

Section 6: Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mybet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which can be found in detail in the bonus section. General bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (typically 5x to 30x the combined total of the bonus and deposit).
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Accounts found attempting to exploit bonus terms may be suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time.
• mybet's decision is final: In any dispute related to bonuses, mybet's decision is final.

Section 7: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mybet and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or someone else's identity.
• Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Betting using insider information.

Section 8: Account Closure & Suspension

Mybet may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

You may request account closure at any time. Any available balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to applicable conditions.

Section 9: Limitation of Liability

Mybet is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Losses resulting from a fault or error on your device.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

Mybet always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however technical issues cannot always be completely avoided.

Section 10: Responsible Gaming Policy

Mybet believes betting is for entertainment — not addiction. We offer a range of tools to promote Responsible Gaming:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Your account will automatically be paused if losses exceed a specified amount.
• Time Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you spend on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.
