Account

To register, you'll need your full name, an active mobile number or email address, your date of birth, and a strong password. You must be 18 or older. Registration is completely free. For more details, visit the Registration page View.

Each person may only open one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same mobile number, email, or device may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances being forfeited.

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number and a reset code will be sent to you. Use the code to set a new password. If you still have trouble, contact support@mybet-jit.com.

KYC verification is required before you can make a withdrawal. Upload photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 12–24 hours. Once verified, you won't need to do it again.

Your account may be temporarily locked due to multiple failed password attempts or a security breach. Email support@mybet-jit.com and your account will be reactivated after identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals for KYC-verified members are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification.

Balance updates typically take 5–10 minutes. If it's taking longer, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists after 30 minutes, contact support@mybet-jit.com with your payment transaction ID.

Bonuses

Share your personal referral code with a friend. When they register and make their first deposit using your code, you'll receive a referral bonus. You can find your referral code in your account settings.

If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus amount will be automatically forfeited. Always check the expiry date after claiming a bonus and make sure to use it in time.

Betting-Related

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the "Cash Out" feature is available, you can partially or fully cash out your bet before the match ends. Cash Out is only available on selected events.

If a match is fully cancelled, your entire stake will be refunded. The same applies if a match is postponed and does not resume within the specified timeframe.
